Ferrell-Ross is known worldwide for its heavy-duty industrial roller mills. The Model “M” was developed as a scaled-down version of our industrial mill especially for customers with easy-to-grind products and low tonnage requirements.

Model “M” applications include plastics, spices, nuts, food products, desiccants, various dry chemicals and feed processing.

The Model “M” mill utilizes 10” chilled cast rolls of the same quality as our industrial machines. These provide more surface area at the roll nip and a more controlled particle size.

The Model “M” is available as either a single-high with one pair of rolls, or a double reduction two-high with one pair of rolls mounted on top of the other. Either mill is available with a variety of roll corrugations and can be ordered with or without an inlet hopper.

When consistent particle size reduction is required, a Ferrell-Ross Cracking or Grinding Mill may be the solution.  The Ferrell-Ross Single-Hi Roller Mills are ideal when the finished product needs to be of a course nature.  Heavy-duty construction and quality components provide years of reliable service. When size reduction requires uniform grind sizes, with minimum generation of fines the Ferrell-Ross Industrial Roller Mill may be the solution. The Ferrell-Ross Single Hi Industrial Mills are ideal when the finished product needs to be of a coarse nature.  For a finer particle reduction, the Ferrell-Ross 2 Hi or 3 Hi Industrial Roller Mills are the ideal choice.
